The digital NSnappy self-monitoring service makes everyday life in HMSHost’s kitchens easier

HMSHost’s restaurants at Helsinki-Vantaa airport use the digital self-monitoring service NSnappy in their kitchens.

Head Chef of HMSHost Finland, Mikko Lahtinen, tells in the video that the main reasons to choose NSnappy from all the different self-monitoring services that they had compared, were that it’s really easy to use and the best application to use for the HACCP. NSnappy is really helpful with the daily tasks, and it saves a lot of time when you can organize the kitchen work with the NSnappy and it’s equipments.
