Flexible mineral-insulated sensor with a miniature transmitter.

Flexible mineral-insulated thermocouple sensors with miniature transmitters. The sensor sheath is made of Inconel 600, the short-term maximum temperature is 1,100 °C.  Connectors according to IEC (green) or ANSI (yellow) standards (max. 120 °C). The minimum bending angle of the sensors is 3 x the diameter of the sensor. Sensors are also available with standard size connectors, type TCAS.

Extension cable connector locking bracket FMTC-LUK available for the miniature connector, which prevents the cable from coming loose by pulling. An FMTC-K-F female connector can be fitted at the end of the sensor for an extension cable. Copper extension cables must not be used with thermocouples. They require an extension cable of the same material, for example JH-K.

Sensors are available in several different thermocouple types K, J, T, S/R, N. We mainly store the K-type.
